to the Palmer Home for Children, Columbus Campus Homepage. On this
page you will find information and links to information and photos,
specific to our local campus.
The Columbus Campus began
over a century ago as Palmer Orphanage. It now provides a home for
children who, because of no fault of their own, need a place to live.
Located
on 110 acres in south Columbus, the Columbus Campus of Palmer Home for
Children maintains seven cottages. Each cottage can provide a home for
8-10 children. These spacious and comfortable houses are staffed by a
houseparent couple who provide the daily nurture and guidance the
children need.
