Prayer Requests
It certainly takes staff, volunteers, and money to run a children's home.
But more importantly, it takes guidance from our
Lord, and the prayers of all our Palmer friends.
We would really appreciate you including us in your daily prayer
times and include specific needs from the list below. Thank You.
Entire Agency:
- Pray that Palmer would fulfill it's promise to serve more hurting
people in more locations.
- Pray that Palmer's children may overcome their family and emotional
hurts and learn to trust and grow in the Lord.
- Pray that Palmer will be a catalyst in encouraging other ministries
to children in need.
- Pray that the Lord will amply supply Palmer's growing financial
needs, especially the need for daily operating funds.
- Pray for Palmer's staff, that they would remain steadfast in their
faith and be effective representatives and models of the love of Christ
towards the fatherless.
Hernando Campus:
- Pray for the continued growth of the new campus and also that the
Lord will give us wisdom as we seek to be Palmer Home wherever we are,
maintaining our spiritual integrity and commitment to quality child care
services.
- Pray that the Lord will increase the prayer and financial support
from churches in the North Mississippi and greater Memphis area.
- Pray for the children who are new in our care, that they may adjust
and thrive in their new situation, seeing and feeling the love of
Christ.
- Pray for our staff and for their continued physical, emotional, and
spiritual strength as they wrestle with the ministry needs before them.
- Pray for the many volunteers who are assisting in the development of
the Hernando program, giving thanks for the willing hands and hearts the
Lord has sent our way.
Columbus Campus:
- Pray that God would provide able houseparents to fill current and
upcoming openings.
- Pray that all the mission teams that come though out this year will
be safe and accomplish many needed tasks.
- Pray that our children will finish the school year strong, with good
grades, and have a safe and productive summer.
- Pray that God would bless us with a renewed spirited focus and help
us point our children to Christ.
