Prayer Sponsor
Thank you for your
interest in becoming a prayer sponsor for one of our children.
Prayer is commanded by God and is a
powerful force in the lives of His children. We firmly believe James
5:16, that “the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much”
and we would covet your commitment to pray for a specific child at Palmer
Home.
If you would be so kind
as to indicate to us any preference you may have regarding gender of the
child you would like to pray for, we would be happy to “introduce” you by
sending you a recent picture, a brief biographical sketch, and a few
specific prayer requests.
We ask that you complete the prayer commitment form
at the bottom of this page. By doing so, you
indicate your desire to pray daily and earnestly for a child during the
next year.
We will send you periodic
updates on the child’s progress, letting you know how the Lord is
answering your prayers, and including any new prayer requests. At the end
of the year we will contact you about continuing your prayer sponsorship.
You may wish to continue praying for the same child, another child, or an
additional child.
We greatly appreciate
your interest in the ministry of Palmer Home and realize that by your
prayers you become a very important part of that ministry.
